NOF strives to ensure that educational information, assessments, and analytics are accurate and useful. However, content may contain errors or inaccuracies and educational recommendations are indicative in nature.

8. Academic Outcome and Ranking Disclaimer

Participation in Olympiads and assessments conducted by NOF EDTECH PVT LTD is intended solely for educational enrichment and benchmarking purposes.

 

9. Integrity of Assessments

NOF is committed to maintaining fairness and integrity in its Olympiad examinations and assessments.

 

10. School Partner Disclaimer

​

NOF may collaborate with schools and educational institutions to facilitate Olympiad participation. Schools may act only as facilitators for registration or communication.

11. Competitions and Submissions

​

NOF may conduct academic competitions or events from time to time. By submitting content, users grant NOF a worldwide royalty-free license to use such submissions for educational or promotional purposes.

 

12. Communication Consent

By registering for the Services, users consent to receive communications from NOF via email, phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding service updates, exam schedules, results, and educational programs.

 

13. Service Availability
